EU Shipping – Customs and Import Charges
PrelovedMedia is a UK-based business and all orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.
Customers ordering from European Union countries should be aware that their order may be subject to import VAT, customs charges, handling fees, clearance fees and other import-related charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our standard product prices or shipping charges.
To help you understand the full cost before purchasing, you have two options:
1. Contact us before purchasing for a full quote.
We can provide a quote including shipping and any import-related charges that can be paid in advance. This allows you to understand the total cost before deciding whether to purchase.
2. Purchase directly through our website.
If you purchase without requesting a full quote, you accept full responsibility for all import VAT, customs charges, handling fees, clearance fees and any other charges associated with receiving your order. These charges may need to be paid to your local postal service, courier or customs authority before delivery or collection.
By completing your purchase without requesting a full quote, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for all additional import, customs, tax, handling and clearance charges associated with your order.
We will do all that we reasonably can to meet the date given for delivery or, if no date has been agreed, within 30 days of the order date. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. If we are unable to make the delivery date we will contact you.
If delivery cannot be made within 30 days of the given delivery date you will be entitled to either arrange a revised date or cancel the order and receive a full refund. If we are able to make delivery in advance of the given date we will contact you.
If the order is a multiple order and we are unable to make delivery of the whole order but are able to deliver part we will contact you, informing you of this, and delivery will be on a mutually agreed date. In this instance delivery will be said to be made in installments.
Each delivery shall constitute a separate contract and any failure by us to deliver any one or more of the installments in accordance with these conditions, or any claim by you in respect of any one or more installments will not entitle you to treat the contract as a whole as repudiated.
If we fail for any reason within our control to fully/partially deliver your Goods any reimbursement shall be no more than the price of the Goods, together with any delivery and/or reasonable return costs.
Either party is entitled to cancel the contract in respect of non-performance of obligations in relation to delivery. If cancelled we will refund you.
